I found this beautiful guitar in really bad shape. It was spotted by an awesome drummer and mate of mine, Dave Horne, who knew I had a love for Gretsch guitars. When I first saw it and played it, it was perfect, but needed some cosmetic work. I purchased it in 2014 and two years later and thanks to the talents of Geoff Gifford of Giff's Guitars in Darwin plus a lot of money on hardware, this is the end result. Beautiful looking and sounding guitar that I will treasure. She plays and sounds amazing!
